HK-2 Electronic Injector|Usage Guidelines

1. Fill tobacco and squeeze appropriately.

When filling a 100mm empty tube, priority should be given to filling the corners on both sides of the extrusion chamber.

2. Pressure off lever

When pressing and pulling the lever, be careful not to place your fingers at the entrance of the tobacco to avoid injury!

When pressing on the lever feels difficult or obstructed during use, do not use force to press it. It is recommended to open the lever to reduce some tobacco before continuing the operation. Otherwise, the injected cigarette will be too tight or may cause the machine to jam.

Do not open the lever while the spoon is running to prevent tobacco from falling onto the spoon slide rail and causing the machine jam and spoon to get stuck.

Suggestions for Tobacco

Choose tobacco with suitable humidity.

  • Tobacco with high humidity can stick to the extrusion chamber and the spoon, or clump inside, making it difficult to inject smoothly into the empty tube.
  • Tobacco with low humidity lacks elasticity, is prone to crushing and being too tight, which affects the quality of cigarettes made (resulting in cigarettes being too tight). In addition, some tobacco debris will remain in the extrusion chamber and gradually accumulate as a hidden danger to the machine jam.

We suggest abandoning the use of powdered tobacco at the bottom of the bag or using a sieve for screening, which can easily lead to machine jams. (Same as in tobacco with low humidity).

Store tobacco or injected cigarettes appropriately to avoid environmental changes in tobacco humidity.

Note

Applicable to tobacco only. During the operation of the machine, it is necessary to avoid foreign objects other than tobacco entering the squeezing chamber to avoid causing danger and machine damage.

It is recommended to clean the nozzle and extrusion chamber after each use or regularly. Tobacco will inevitably leave behind tar powder during the injection process. Long term accumulation may lead to machine jams. When cleaning live models of machines, the machine power should be turned off to avoid accidentally touching the switch, which may cause danger or damage to the machine.
